I enjoyed a hummus wrap for breakfast as well as cup of coffee with some Vegan French Vanilla ice cream and cinnamon. I also remembered to take my vitamins. I went to the Spectrum gym, which seemed quiet today as well as the yoga class seemed to consist of less people. Come to think of it, the parking lot wasn’t very crowded, although there were many families walking in the mall. But the yoga stretches felt good, in which I felt more energized. I browsed around as I walked through the mall toward my parked car, and I didn’t notice anything new.
When I came home, I turned on the television to check out what is going in during Day 3 of the Olympic Games in Rio. I came just in time for a half day recap, which noted that the morning games consisted of women’s fencing, volleyball, and field hockey as well as men’s rowing. Field hockey looks fun. When I was in college, some people in the dorm used to play Broom Ball, which is like field hockey, but in an ice skating rink, and without skates. I didn’t play because I didn’t feel it, but I should have probably tried it once for fun.
At 6pm, I went to the Canon Experience Center to display two of my photographs as well as check out other people’s two photos. After two hours, I got both of my photos printed to a bigger size, and I came home and changed my clothes. I now need to buy four frames for four my enlarged photos as well as one frame for an old poster. I should probably check Target and maybe Michaels.
My photographs that I enlarged so far include two mannequin photographs that I took at South Coast Plaza, at the Nordstrom window displays. I took these photographs when I was taking photography classes during the summertime at UCI. Everyone in class encouraged me to continue with my surreal mannequin photography, and most people liked that blonde mannequin with the maroon dress as their favorite of my surreal mannequin photos. Next to her, at the same Nordstrom window display was the mannequin with the short dark hair and maroon pant suit. I didn’t really like this photo too much because it was hard to see the mannequin’s face because of the pose, but the fashion industry usually doesn’t such poses intentionally for artistic purposes. I just work with the mannequin poses by taking the photograph at different angles in order to create my own art or fashion art. The other two include the Fashion Island mall pond, which looks like a meditative haven for wealthy people, and the Venice Beach artwalk café, where people are congregated to chill together, smoking cigarettes, smoking a hookah, and drinking some beer, while meditating on the beach scene and people artworks on display. All four photographs summarize my life of fashion, art, and meditation.
At 11:30pm, I noticed some men’s gymnastics, where USA men were doing some vault tricks. Women volleyball received medals. In men’s gymnastics, Japan gets a gold medal.
I added the four photographs that I enlarged at Canon, in which I plan to use for my home decor purposes. I just need to reorganize wall pictures now to make them all work together at certain areas in my townhouse.
