I love to wear my fitbit and set a goal for each day, then work to make that goal. Most of the time I can make the goal, but there are days that I am lazy.
My goal is to get at least 10,000 steps a day, but really try formore.it really feels good to feel the vibration that lets me know I have reached my goal for the day.
I get up way early, like 5am, to go and get my walking done before it gets too hot! The bunnies are out playing along my path and the birds are singing to me along the way. I love to be able to walk and enjoy God’s creation.
My favorite thing about the fitbitis to use it and have contests with my friends to see who can meet their goal for the day, or get the most steps in a day or in a week. It makes it better when you can get motivation and encouragement from your friends.
Do any of you use this or something similar to track things for healthier lifestyle? Getting started is not easy, but it is well worth it when you start seeing results from your hard work.
