My five-day meal plan consists of a variety of vegan, vegetarian and raw vegan meals because that is what I like to eat. I don’t think it is any kind of diet. I just eat what I like to eat and what I am in the mood to eat.

Day 1 starts out with a banana smoothie, which is a combination of one banana and nut milk mixed in a blender, along with vegan vitamins. Lunch includes on raw vegan wrap and maybe some quinoa with raisins. I might even drink a cup of coffee with a scoop of ice scream, which is like a vegan cappuccino. Dinner includes making your own mini pizza or pizzette, and baking it in a toaster oven. The crust is vegan, and you just add your own toppings, in which I added vegan shredded cheese, and some chopped veggies, such as tomatoes, olives, mushrooms, leafy greens, and vegan pepperoni.  I also might drink a cup of green tea.

Day 2 starts out with a cup of green juice and vitamins. Then, I will eat a raw vegan wrap and drink a cup of coffee. I might add a scoop of vegan ice cream. Lunch includes a mini vegan pizza with my desired veggie toppings and a cup of hot cocoa. Dinner includes a bowl of raw vegan noodles and a cup of green tea.

Day 3 starts out with a cup of green juice and vitamins. Then, I will eat a raw vegan wrap with a cup of coffee. Lunch consists of a mini pizza with some vegan toppings and a cup of coffee. Dinner includes a raw vegan salad and a cup of green tea.

Day 4 starts out with a cup of green juice and vitamins as well as raw vegan wrap and a cup of coffee with a scoop of vegan ice cream. By lunchtime, which is sometimes around 2pm, I am ready for my homemade mini vegan pizza, baked in a toaster oven/broiler. I am likely to drink a cup of coffee. Then, at dinner, I am likely to eat some raw vegan noodles and a cup of green tea.

Day 5 starts out with a cup of green juice and vitamins as well as a vegan calzone, warmed in a toaster oven broiler, as well as a cup of coffee. By lunchtime, I am likely to eat a vegan mini pizza with veggie toppings and a cup of coffee. By dinner, I might want to eat some raw vegan noodles and a cup of green tea.

I think I was confused when reading this. It seems like most days are mostly eating exactly the same thing? It would have been easier to read if it had been set up a little differently.

Are you a strict vegan all the time? If so, how long have you been vegan… And did you come to this decision. Did you have to wean yourself off of animal products or did you do it cold turkey, no pun intended!?

i dont change my meals too much in a while. it is basically the same thing, but i might some parts of it, for that week or so. and the next time i go to the grocery store, i might choose other meals for variety.

My stomach like and my taste buds desire are at the mercy of my best cook wife. She knows my favorite. She knows my taste and I know how to compensate her expertise in cooking. Your meals are so yummy. I don’t know my wife would prepare me like this.
