If you have a stuffy nose due to allergies, a cold or the flu, boil water and pour it in a cup.  Add two drops of apple cider vinegar to the water.  Inhale the vapors.  Within a few minutes your nose will not be stuffy.

Use apple cider vinegar when you take a bath, shower or when you wash your hands.  The germ-fighting properties will help prevent you from catching illnesses from other people.

If you want to have optimum health, you have to have enough alkalinity in your body.  If you have too much you can develop alkalosis “in which the body fluids have excess base” (nlm.nih.gov). The symptoms can include light-headedness, numbness in legs and face, muscle twitching and spasms, nausea, vomiting and-in the most severe cases-coma and death.  If you have too little alkalinity, the low amount of stomach acids do not properly digest food.  The food sits longer in your stomach and, “at the same time, the low stomach acid promotes an environment that is more friendly to the growth of microorganisms, which are fed by the carbohydrates that become fermented from sitting in the stomach for too long” (http://www.sott.net).  That is where apple cider vinegar comes in handy.  If you have too little alkalinity, apple cider vinegar helps increase it.  On the other hand, if your alkalinity level is too high, apple cider vinegar helps reduce it.  In other words, it gives you just enough alkalinity that your body needs.
