Being Fit: When Will We Start Losing Weight?

I don’t know how to explain when will clients start losing weight and it will not be another commercial for dedication and pay tribute to kill themselves just over a few measly pounds.Think of it as no pounds, but extra bags attached to you that will slowly but surely affect your joints, spine, posture, you will feel tired all time because you drag extra cargo with you and your joints will suffer greatly.

If you have somewhat bigger bones and resilient joints this will not happen soon, but it will be notable change if you lose weight. Definitely, it is a good feeling to be able to see your feet once in awhile. It is like you are being pregnant indefinitely. Not a good thing to experience. Also, tying your shoe lace can be a challenging endeavor.

Usually, the first things my client check when they come to the gym is who will lead a program and how long does it take to lose all extra cargo, look beautiful and skinny. I don’t expect everybody to stay after a week, so I advise them to start slowly and adjust. It is good tactic not to lose clients who cannot adjust. There are people who can’t lift a leg without the help of a senior citizen and then signup for advanced weight losing program. I see a granny with walking device helping out and contributing to their push ups. Because that movement never comes to schedule. That fast they give up.

When ladies ask me how long, I hear – how much. I know that ladies do not pay that. Their husbands are caregivers to their sneaky plot to alter their natural looks. I have many cases when a wealthier clientele came to me without certain body parts that they had only week ago. I refuse to proceed with training because it is not natural. If you had a procedure, you can not participate in the gym session. I am so sorry. But, no. And please, don’t lie. There is no way I will not perceive the big difference. Maybe somebody above lady’s shoulder thinks nobody sees, but I am the short person, terrestrial person. And if my perspective says ‘QUACK!’ you are not joining for dancing. That means I see things are missed around the belly and some other parts.

Even if we practice every day, first three weeks we will just sweat a lot and we will want to drink a lot of water. It will feel like there is not enough water to us in the entire world. If we don’t drink a lot, we will dehydrate but we will live to see losing a lot of ‘fat’. That is water. So don’t forget to drink and measure real loss, not fake caused by dehydration. After three weeks we will stop losing easy fat and loss will be more difficult and slow. But it will be steady.

I have tried losing weight for I am an overweight as a 5 feet and 2 inches tall. My weight is an ideal for that kind of height I have. It would be a burden for my heart to carry an overweight person. So I tried an early morning brisk walking and have to control my carbo intake. After a moth, I reduced weight. It took to discipline myself and of loving myself not to overburden it. And to stick to my schedule of doing the exercise every day. And It worked.

I am not sure that walking can suffice to be fit. maybe just to reduce being overweight in minimal span.

I will start losing weight after the Christmas holiday. Now, I do my Zumba dance three times a week. I drink green tea three times a day. And, I try to walk for my errands.

I think that daily activity will do much better. Waiting after holidays is maybe worse plan than any alternative.

Being fit means different things to different people. Staying active is especially important for everyone who wants to enjoy better health.

Walking can certainly help many. Any activity that uses muscle will help.

People think if they just walk and breathe air that they will be fit and healthy. Our body is but for running, not for easy walking. We have to be prepare to use all muscles , and not only those we find comfortable to use.

I don’t have a problem losing weight, but staying healthy and fit is something I want to achieve. I wish I could exercise and do fitness. But my body is so uncomfortable due to pain management and therapy.
