Some of these teas you can find at your local grocery store.  However, with some of the others you will need to brew your own cup of tea.  All you need to do is add a teaspoon or two of the herb you are using in a cup and pour boiling water over it.  Cover the cup with a plate and allow it to brew for at least ten minutes.  The longer you allow the tea to brew before drinking allows a majority of the anti-inflammatory properties to be released in your drink.

If you decide to combine herbs for a stronger cup of tea either talk to your doctor or a qualified herbalist to make sure there are not going to be any interactions by combining certain herbs.  Talk to your doctor since some herbs can interact with pain medications and supplements that you may be already taking.
