A single pimple may ruin your special occasion. Here are some tips for pimple free skin.
Eat healthy. Eating oily food is not good for our skin. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables for a glowing skin. Drink at least eight glasses of water daily. Avoid junk food. Have a glass of milk with a pinch of turmeric every day.
Use Aloe Vera.
Aloe Vera has anti-bacterial, anti-fungal and antiseptic properties. It acts as a moisturizer. Aloe Vera removes excess dirt and oil from your skin and stimulates cell growth.
Ice soothes the skin. Applying ice on the skin will remove the dirt and the oil in your skin. Put an ice cube in a cloth and gently press on the affected area of your skin.
Honey is a natural antiseptic that soothes and heals skin. The antioxidants present in honey reduce inflammation.
Garlic contains sulphur, which is antiseptic and antifungal. Crush a garlic clove and apply it on the affected area for five minutes.
Lemon reduces the oil, kills the bacteria and removes scars. Apply fresh lemon juice on the affected area with the help of a cotton swab.
Use baking soda.
Baking soda balances the pH of your skin, which is often a cause for acne. It dries the skin by removing extra oil. It cleanses and exfoliates your skin.
Wash your face and apply peanut sized toothpaste on the affected area. Leave it overnight.
Apply Tea tree oil on affected area.
Consume vitamin A capsule daily.
