Why I Encourage Others To Play The Pokemon Go

My boyfriend and my oldest son plays that Pokemon Go. Both have full time jobs. One is a on call tow truck driver. That means if he gets a call at two in the morning. He needs to get up and go. My son works in a factory putting huge booms together. Which is a piece of equipment use to raise someone to a higher position to work on or to move something big on it.

Nothing wrong with doing something that gets people out walking and getting exercise they need. As they have got my daughter playing along to. This is a girl who hates to do anything but sit on her tablet or phone. She is overweight and hates walking or riding her bike anywhere. This game has got her up and moving. Nothing else has worked.

My boyfriend, oldest son and my daughter all went to the local cemetery earlier. As the cemetery is a hot spot of sorts. Something about two gems available and other items you easily pick up.

I am all for any app who can actually get our children and adults out and about doing something. Instead of watching tv or playing video games all day inside.

You “GO” creators of ‘Pokemon Go’ game. Hopefully more games will be created like this in the future. Ones that motivate our young ones and gets adults to interact playing a game together that gets them motivated and out of the house.

I don’t play the Pokemon Go craze. I do encourage those with able bodies to do so. Be warned, you can become addicted. Just remember you will at least be getting your exercise while playing the game. Have you caught the Pokemon Go bug?

I haven’t caught the bug yet but I do know its the newest craze right now. My future son in law plays it all the time. Heck, I may even try it out.

If you are wanting to get exercise, the game will help you go and about.

I think the concept is great, and I’m so glad to hear your daughter is getting up and moving because of it. But I think there are a lot of safety issues and concerns about where the Pokemon are placed. A cemetery isn’t really appropriate, and there have been complaints about that already. There are also Pokemon on private property, causing players to trespass. Again, not good.

I have read where some people have been ticketed for distracted driving or have been injured because they walked into the street without looking. Although the game is an excellent idea, these are some pretty serious wrinkles and they need ironing out.

People need to use common sense when playing the game like anything else. It does give a warning to tell you to be aware of your surroundings.

I have no issues with walking the cemetery for Pokemon. It is nice and peaceful. A large of group of people can gather and not be over top of each other. So, far everyone has been respectful in our cemetery. City cops always used it as a speed trap.

I also heard of some not so good things . I know it has not been introduced here in the Philippines but some were able to down load it. Now they have banned it here. It would be nice if the pokemons do not appear in the middle of the street or traffic maybe in parks or open places? Oh butI love picchahcu!

Even if they appear on the street. You do not have to be on the street to catch them. Being on the sidewalk or side of the road is fine.

I’m not into Pokemon but my granddaughter loves it! I do think people need to be careful when playing and pay attention to traffic and going on private property.

If people use common sense and heed the warning of being aware of your surroundings. They will do good. Don’t trespass, don’t walk out into the streets.

Yes, some don’t use it. Like the one who had a warrant and got caught walking in front of the police station. He was arrested. Or the one who had a warrant and actually walked in to the police station to try to catch a Pokemon. Lol.
